Executive chef Christophe (right) will prepare a delectable Beef Filet Mignon Rossini Style (with seared Foie Gras), frog legs and escargots, Roasted Red Snapper with red Chili pepper and Saffron rice. Our Chef's creativity and innovation are renowned across the Caribbean region and beyond. The wine list is long and deep with wines from France but also from the US and South America.
